Update: as of Saturday morning the forecasters are downgrading their snow predictions to 1" maximum accumulation.... (still enough to snarl Atlanta traffic... good thing this is happening on a Sunday!)... we'll see if it actually happens! may SNOW here this weekend.

This is Atlanta, folks. Not Chicago.

It was so warm and mild that I was in capris and sandals yesterday.
But less than 48 hours from now, we could be looking at up to 3" of SNOW in North Georgia.
Crazy? Why yes.

Winter never leaves without a fight, does it?

Should be an interesting weekend.

Well, we'll be getting down to -10 degrees tonight up here in the tundra(and that's in Fahrenheit not Celsius).

Why does anyone live up here?

We had snow 2 days ago and I LOVE it! Then today it was crystal blue skies and not a cloud in sight. It's crazy weather all across this land but as long as it's not raining, BRING IT ON!!!

How is that POSSIBLE??

It never snowed in FLorida, in my three years of living there.

I hope you will not have to show
Another blast of winter snow
You won't have that many days
To soak in the warm sun's rays
