My (Sort Of) Tribute to Michael Jackson

I've never been a huge Michael Jackson fan. I bought "Thriller" on vinyl WAY back in 1982 (like everyone else), but when Jackson's personal life became a train wreck, I was just..... saddened and disgusted by the whole thing.

However, all that being said, he was a really really talented singer.

So, here's a link to one of his best songs, covered by Chris Cornell (I like Cornell's version much better).

I pray that Michael Jackson's children will be raised by people who will love them and will give them some semblance of a normal childhood.

This is a great rendition.
I too hope his children will be taken care of...better than he was.

Suzy,
I am TOTALLY with you.... Chris Cornell has that "certain something", doesn't he?

Jason, as himself said...

There is, of course, so much going on about MJ in the blogosphere right now. It has been interesting to me to see the different ways people are choosing to observe his passing.
