Tomorrow is my darling daughter's 12th birthday. I can't believe the little baby I gave birth to 10 minutes ago is now going to be twelve.

How did this happen?
I'm still trying to figure it out.

My son will be 14 on his next birthday.

Hubster and I are quickly realizing that, in about 15 minutes or so, both kids will be grown and gone. Makes me quite melancholy to think about it....
(By the way, she made the "dress" the bear is wearing in this photo from toilet paper and scotch tape - pretty impressive, huh? Just call her Vera Wang for Teddy Bears....)

Ah, happy birthday, dear daughter!!

I'm still trying to hold back the tears about my "baby" turning 16 next Friday. How the HELL did that happen?!?! Especially since I'm only 22!

WOW. She has grown up so much...and into such a nice young woman. I know she makes you both proud!!!
We often talk about what we will do when both of the girls are on their own...it pretty much boils down to: yard work, tending to some dogs, house work, dinner, then watching Bravo Channel and Animal planet.
FUN huh?

Happy Birthday to your lovely girl! She's quite a talented designer. She could go far with those skills! Blessings to you and her. XO

Suz.... you forgot the part where we find our husbands at the local grocery store, wearing sandals with black socks, while shopping for "closeout specials"..... :) :) :)
