The hummingbirds have returned. Hubster and I love to sit on the back deck and watch them. Although they're tiny and delicate looking, they are absolutely FIERCE! Super-territorial with one another, and chase each other off like little fighter jets... it's really quite interesting to watch!

Hummingbirds are awesome. Fierce is a great word for them too!!!!
Aren't they fascinating? They're my favorite kind of bird, even though they are so insect like sometimes.
