Ugh!!!! My 16 niece would probably leave the house looking like this clown every single day if she could. She still wears WAY too much eye makeup, as far as I'm concerned. I can NOT believe my sister doesn't crack down on her a little more. When she was in junior high, I would send her to the bathroom to wash her face. Oh, yes I did! (It's a wonder she still talks to me!) Now that she's in high school, I try to keep my trap shut, but it's NOT easy!
I dont want to humiliate anyone.Perhaps she is happy with her looks.But yes may be if she would have used a thinner eyeliner it would have been more beautiful.

I agree. I think makeup should accentuate one's beauty, not mask it or overpower it.
