Hard to believe, but our "baby" girl is 11 years old today! (Her birthday party was last weekend, but the "official" birthday is today....)
Can't believe 11 years have gone past since I was "with child" (I always get so reminiscent when my children's birthdays come 'round.....) :-)
She's getting so grown up.
Here she is, giving her handsome Daddy (a/k/a "Hubster") a big hug.
(Wrapped around her finger, he is....)
Happy birthday, Baby Girl - we love you!

What a great shot - that captures a wonderful feeling. Happy Birthday, indeed! God bless all of you.
So great. I hope she has a fantastic day. Such a big girl....time does fly by doesn't it????
So cute, both of them. :)
What a sweet, sweet smile she has! Hope the birthday was fun :) Now that my "baby" is eleven, I, too, get a bit emotional at birthdays!!
ahhh, gorgeous! Happy Birthday S!!!
My mom still calls me every morning on my birthday and retells the whole long story, "I remember when I .....and then Dad....and then we had to rush...and then there you were....."
I just sit in silence and let her tell it. Mothers rock!
Awwww, that is so sweet! Happy Birthday!!
One of the very funny things about her birth was, obviously, the next day was Halloween.... and the OB on call that day happened to be the REALLY hot doctor in the practice (Dr. Moulton... I'll NEVER forget him... tres, tres hot!). Anyway, I had TOTALLY forgotten it was Halloween, because, after all, I was completely besotted with my beautiful newborn. So, in walks Dr. Moulton to check on me ... and of course he's decked out in his Halloween costume (probably was on his way to a party). He was wearing a convict outfit. And I STILL didn't put two and two together. I very CLEARLY remember looking at him and saying "Dr. Moulton, you look like an escaped convict!" And he gave me that devastating GQ grin of his and said "Why yes, Mrs. A., I AM an escaped convict!"
It wasn't until HOURS later that I realized it was Halloween. A surreal memory. :-)
