The lovely, deep-thinking, wonderful Karen has tagged me.
I'm supposed to come up with 7 scintillating things about me..... hmmmm....
OK, here goes:
1. I have a degree in History, which I absolutely never use (unless I happen to be playing Trivial Pursuit).
2. I am not afraid of most creatures, except for maggots. I have an irrational fear of maggots.
3. I'm licensed to sell insurance products in the State of Georgia (fascinating, I know.)
4. There's a height difference of almost a foot and a half between me and my husband (I'm 5'1" and he's 6'5")
5. I lived in Portugal (the Azores) for 3 years.
6. Fresh blueberries are my absolute, all time favorite food.
7. I am double jointed and can do certain things that, for most people, would cause extreme pain.

Fascinating. The double jointed part...wow.
I still think it is so cute how you and hubby are at such different heights, yet you somehow meet in the middle.
Hugs.
Good to know all of this; thanks for sharing!
Will you write about the Azores some day? That made me think of the poem that goes something like, "At Flores in the Azores Sir Richard Grenville lay..." Do you know that one?
I hope you are feeling better now. God bless you!
I love blueberries as well but here we have up in the Rockies more of the wild huckleberries... I'm not sure if you know of them. They are just like blueberries but a tad smaller but a bit sweeter... we go up there in the spring with huge buckets and pick these delicious morsels of the bushes along the mountain paths... Mmmmm... I'm drooling as I write this... heheheehe....
Hope all is well with you...

I did not know about the history degree! That's the bomb. Let's play trivial pursuit sometime!!
The Double Jointed and Foot and a Half Difference are causing me to giggle... not sure if you wanna know...
tee hee...
What, pray tell, were you doing in the Azores for 3 years!??
Deron & Karen,
My Dad was career military and we were stationed in the Azores. My memories of it are somewhat blurry (I was just a young child), although I could speak Portuguese somewhat as a child....
I remember it being VERY windy all the time. It was also very beautiful. My younger brother Sam was born there. One day, I'll go back there for a visit.
You lived in the Azores?? That's my heritage!! My parents are from Sao Miguel!! I'm guessing you lived in Terceira? Military? The Azores are beautiful.
