Thoughts as the New Year Approaches...

I've always loved fresh beginnings:
  • a brand new notebook, waiting for fresh, new stories
  • a fresh sketchpad, awaiting new charcoal images
  • a new day, filled with possibility
  • the change of seasons
  • and (most of all!) a new YEAR filled with POTENTIAL

So, in that vein, I wanted to include a link from one of my favorite inspirational blogs - Ann Voskamp's blog, and her thoughts on Setting Out Into A New Year

Her writing is always rich, profound, and wonderful. Enjoy.

So beautiful! Thank you for sharing that with us. I didn't see a place to comment, so I hope the author sees my comment. She's a beautiful writer.

I love fresh beginnings as well HWHL!

Unfortunately, my perfectionism takes hold and ruins my best laid plans. =(

Happy New Year!

OMG I looove fresh beginnings. Fresh crisp empty notebooks are my favourite, I have stacks of them, just beckoning to be used for that precise right item. I love the holiday time, a time to reflect on the busy time ahead, making plans, settin goals. Bring it on!
