If I FORGOT to add someone, please don't go away with hurt feelings... I promise I will add everyone back just as soon as I can!

the debt thing is good...just plugging away. I've been thinking we need a poster on our fridge where I can see the number going down...even by a little. that and some things I dream of, like owning a home again, not working full time, going back to school, etc...
oh yeah, I'm wondering how The Shack changed your view of God...good or bad? I've not yet read it - picked it up at the bookstore and scanned the back - but not yet read it. just curious.
HappyWife: How's your tooth? I was concerned that you'd have to have a root canal or some other awful procedure.
I love the way The Shack dealt with the Holy Spirit... made Him/Her much more "personalized" and much LESS of a mystery. I think for most believers, the Holy Spirit is the part of the trinity that we struggle with the most, since it is the least tangible to our (puny) human minds. I really like the way the book described Her. Each aspect of the trinity is described in a new and different way.... plus it deals with some subject matter that is somewhat difficult. Definitely worth reading.
Deron, I am FINALLY going to the dentist this morning. Yesterday the tooth wasn't hurting that bad, so I thought "Maybe it's getting better!" WRONG. It started throbbing again last night in the middle of the night. So, I'm dragging myself to the dentist here in about 40 minutes.... NOT looking forward to it, but it must be done. (Thanks for your concern!)
yo girl...Anne here; just had to pop in because the song by the Gap Band that launched upon opening was one of the many rockin', bad-ass songs that the Tigers Drillteam performed to and we had a blast! yes...we did routines to songs such as You Dropped the Bomb and Dirty Deeds.
dont mess with T--- Tigers!!
My blogroll disappeared between last night and this a.m. Just woke up and it was gone! Maybe you didn't do it; maybe it's a blogger problem. I am looking into mine today!
Karen - That makes me feel better! I really thought "how did I manage to do THAT?!" :-)
Anne - hey girl! I wonder if "pulling a Schroder" is still in the THS lexicon??? ;-)
I'm waiting for a "tooth report" myself!!!
thanks for the info on the book. I will definitely read it.
and hooray for no root canal. now that's something to celebrate.
