The Beauty of Georgia O'Keeffe

I just love Georgia O'Keeffe's works.

To me, they represent pure, RAW (yes, that's for YOU, D'Arcy) beauty.... color, sunshine, nature, creation, etc.

I have my computer desktop configured so I get a different O'Keeffe image that pops up every morning when I turn on my computer. It's a good way to start my workday.

Wow! Those are amazing, my eyes just didn't know where to focus, and the deep, deep orange of the third picture made me feel something Georgia herself must have been trying to convey--a bit of passion, of love, of energy, of spirit, of the human soul.

I love it. RAW to the core! This summer is going to be amazing!!

I know! Aren't the colors just gorgeous? Once I've saved up enough money (hopefully later this year), I'm going to re-do my kids playroom and turn it into a reading room/library and have it decorated exclusively with G.O. prints.

Her work just SHIMMERS with LIFE! :-)
