Unbearably Sweet

Lies I've Told My 3 Year Old Recently, by Raul Gutierrez
Trees talk to each other at night.

All fish are named either Lorna or Jack.

Before your eyeballs fall out from watching too much TV, they get very loose.

Tiny bears live in drain pipes.

If you are very very quiet you can hear the clouds rub against the sky.

The moon and the sun had a fight a long time ago.

Everyone knows at least one secret language.

When nobody is looking, I can fly.

We are all held together by invisible threads.

Books get lonely too.

Sadness can be eaten.

I will always be there.

I think one of your pretty lies is actually a truth. We ARE all held together by invisible thread. Very sweet stories.

Hey Sugar - yes I agree with you whole-heartedly on that. I believe we are ALL connected and all part of a huge tapestry that God (the Master-Weaver) is weaving.... we won't get to see the finished work in THIS life of course, but yes, I've always felt we're all very much connected.
(btw - those "lies" are by Raul Gutierrez... if you follow the hyper-link at the top of that post, it will take you to his site...)

I love this.
I really thought the moon and sun had a fight? Is that not true?
One night I DID hear the clouds scraping the sky...I swear I did.

Wasn't this nice? I thought so too. I saw it on Abby's blog and IMMEDIATELY plagiarized. ;-)
